Low-voltage switchgcar is a kind of power distribution equipment widely used in power plant, substations, factories, mines and otherpower users. Itis suitable for distribution systems with AC 50-60Hz, rated working voltage 380V, and rated working current up to 3150A.It is mainly used to realize the conversion, distribution and control of electric energy, and provide reliable power support for powerequipmen, lighting systems and other distribuion equipment.The product has the characteristics of high segmentation capacity, gooddynamic thermal stability, novel and reasonable structure, practical clectrical scheme, strong series applicability, high protection level, ete.It can be used as a replacement product.
Product features
Classify by usage: receiving cabinet, bus-bar connecting cabinet,power supply cabinet, motor control cabinet, reactive powercompensation cabinet and lighting distribution cabinet.
Cabinet structure
- The cabinet frame is made of 8MF cold-formed steel weldedand assembled, there are installation holes arranged according toE=20mm and E=100mm modulus on the frame respectively toimprove the universality of product assembly.
- ZMJ bus-bar clamp with high flame retardant PPOthermoplastic forming material is a building block compositestructure, which has high mechanical strength and insulation
- The cabinet with 1000mm and 1200mm width, the front issymmetrical double door structure, the cabinet with 600 mmand 800mm width is whole door structure, and symmetricaldouble door structure on the back of cabinet are installed farfrom wall.
- The cabinet door is connected with the frame by galvanizedrotary hinge, which is easy to install and disassemble. Thedgefold of the door has rubber panel.
- A complete ground protection circuit is made by groundingknurled screw structure between installation parts in cabinet andhe frame of the cabinet.
- The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when needed, itis convenient for the assembly and adjustment of the main bus-bar.

- Good installation flexibility. Even the competent departmentforces to eliminate some products in the future, GGD cabinethas good installation flexibility and will not cause installationproblems due to the modification or update of components.
- Components adopt modular standard design, with fixingholes and general coefficients of working mode.
- According to the current modeling design requirements ofindustrial product, the golden ratio method is adopted to designthe cabinet body and the partition dimensions of each part so asto make the cabinet artistic with a new appearance.
- The design of GGD cabinet takes full account of the heatradiation in the cabinet operation. There are different numbersof heat sink holes at both ends of the cabinet. When theelectrical component in the cabinet are heated, the heat will bedischarged through the upper slot holes. The cold air iscontinuously supplied into the cabinet by the bottom slot holes,so that the sealed cabinet body forms a natural ventilationchannel from the bottom to the top to achieve the purpose ofheat dissipation.
- The cabinet panel adopts spraying technology, which hasstrong adhesion and good texture. The cabinet is in matt tone,avoiding glare effect and creating a more comfortable visualenvironment for the staff on duty
- The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when needed,which is convenient for the assembly and adjustment of themain bus-bar on site. The four comners of the top of the cabinetare equipped with hand rings for lifting and transportation.
- The IP level of the whole cabinet is IP30. Users can chooseIP20-IP40 according to the requirements of the site environment.
